Some Of The Meditative Reflections

– Only thing that is permanent is impermanence.

– Good times & bad times will both pass away. Good feelings & bad feelings will both pass away.

– Only when you hit the rock bottom you realise that you were really blessed with everything you had; Your body, mind, food to eat, money to spend, home for shelter, parents as your shield & unconditional lovers. Be grateful as much as possible for everything you have wherever you are.

– Judging & being at peace and bliss have inverse relationship. The less you judge the more you’ll be peaceful, blissful & happy.

– In silence and solitude, each day feels like a week. In all the day to day life, weeks passes as if they are like days.

  • Here comes the relativity… In daily life we all are occupied in n number of tasks. May be cyclic or monotonous. Our mind is programmed to perform this tasks as routine. Braking this routine makes us feel of time starching or time has became slower…. which never happens :).
