If you feel distracted & lack focus, you need solitude my friend.
Cut off from the world. At least for an hour everyday spend time with yourself. Close your eyes. Think. Let the thoughts come & go.
It’s a challenging task for many these days to just sit there 1 hour by themselves, eyes closed & think especially when their brains are overstimulated by abundant means of instant gratification.
Biologically our brains aren’t designed to handle this much of stimulation which saps mental energy & willpower, leaving you distracted & mentally exhausted.
Giving yourself a mental space & thinking time, at least for an hour everyday will do wonders to your focus, productivity & willpower.
Mental cleansing & solitude will dilute the brain fog gradually & bring mental clarity.
Seek solitude when entire world is chasing just a company.
