Some Of The Meditative Reflections

– Only thing that is permanent is impermanence.

– Good times & bad times will both pass away. Good feelings & bad feelings will both pass away.

– Only when you hit the rock bottom you realise that you were really blessed with everything you had; Your body, mind, food to eat, money to spend, home for shelter, parents as your shield & unconditional lovers. Be grateful as much as possible for everything you have wherever you are.

– Judging & being at peace and bliss have inverse relationship. The less you judge the more you’ll be peaceful, blissful & happy.

– In silence and solitude, each day feels like a week. In all the day to day life, weeks passes as if they are like days.
