June 21st is celebrated as International Yoga Day across the world.
Meditation, a branch of yoga, needs to be incorporated in day of day life of every human.
Meditation strengthens ones mindset & is usually useful in getting rid of many kind of anxiety, tension & stress.
A meditator is usually a calm person even when the world around him is going thru a chaos.
Wherever possible, schools should assign half hour or so teaching & practicing meditation amongst students because these are the future of humanity.
Work places should assign meditation cabins & see it’s workforces productivity shoot up (along with rise in profitability).
I’ve been meditating regularly & it’s benefits are unending. It’s my way of getting high. It’s been a blissful experience.
