You become what you think.
Strangely, you’ll be attracted what you always think about.
I think, that’s how the universe works.
You have good quality thoughts, you end up having good quality life.
You have bad, negative thoughts, that’s how your life would be.
The key is to be in loop of constant positive, upbeat thoughts to lead a good life.
It takes time for this gradual shift to happen, though it’s worth the wait & efforts.
Tips to altering your thoughts & making this shift possible:
1. Write down what you want. Read it. Thrice everyday. Morning. Afternoon. Night.
2. Listen to positive affirmations.
3. Practice gratitude. Everyday, think of at least 10 things you are grateful of. The more you practice gratitude, the merrier.
4. Disassociate negative influences.
5. Meditate because it will give you clarity of thoughts. A clear mind leads to better decision making process, in turn leading to a good life.
6. Irrespective of what’s happening in external environment, mould your mind to always feel good. No matter what.
7. Your internal thoughts lead to your external reality. What you wish, you manifest. What you think, you become.
