Tips To Regain Lost Focus

Modern mens have abundance of everything.

Food. Clothing. Shelter. Internet. You name it.

Though they lack once abundant, ‘focus’. Smartphones are somewhere responsible for it.

You have desire. Check.

You have ambitions. Check.

You aspire to be rich. Check.

Though you lack focus. The key ingredient in any of the winner’s recipe.

The best way to regain your focus is limiting screen time.

Mobile addiction is real. It’s silently killing focus. Dreams.

 

Tips:

1. Using screen blockers can be helpful. Once you overrun, let’s say 20 minutes on an app, the app stops function for the day.

2. Sit an hour a day. Eyes closed. Can be helpful in being mindful & conscious.

3. No phone weekends. Go outside. Socialise if you want to. Use phones bare minimum over weekends.

4. Read a book. Paper ones.
