Tips On Clear & Calm Mind

Every now & then, seek solitude.

Get your head clear.

A negative thought loop may cause more damage than you can ever imagine.

“We suffer more in imagination than in reality”- Seneca.

Slow down. Get out of your head.

Hit the gym. Travel for sometime (better if somedays). Go on intense meditations like Vipassana or other meditation retreats.

Once the negative thought loop is out, feed your mind positive thought loops.

This can be done thru: Listening to affirmations, practicing gratitude, do positive self talks, fall back into a growth routine.

This can help you get out from almost every tough situations of your life. As always, you can thank me later.

A clear & calm mind leads to a good life.
