Tips On Changing Life For Good

Bad thoughts lead to bad mood & wrong actions, which in turn leads to bad thoughts & again bad mood & again wrong actions.

This vicious cycle keeps repeating & you won’t realise the grave you’ve dug for yourself.

When faced with bad thoughts, mood or wrong actions, take yourself ‘consciously’ out of it.

Train your brain to bounce back.

Restart.

As if you’re born today. Today is the new beginning of your life.

The world is as you see it. If you think bad, the world will appear bad to you. If you think good, the world will appear good to you.

Your reality comes from your thoughts. To a tree there’s no concept of right & wrong.

Consciously try to move towards good thoughts which will lead to good mood & right actions.

To do this, practice gratitude. Feel blessed. Listen to affirmations. Meditate to observe your thoughts.

See your life change for good.
