The Lost Human Ability Of Thinking & Tips To Regain It

Humans have the great ability to do wonders. Thinking is what aids us.

Though, it seems many of us have lost the ability to think clearly.

Between Instagram reels, mindless scrolling, notifications, bombardment of news & other instant gratifications, it seems our thinking have lost somewhere.

Thinking is difficult. Squeezing the last drop of your brain power is difficult compared to watching a cute dog reel.

Many seem to have lost the focus, a key ingredient to think clearly.

As some scientist have researched, cheap dopamine thrills have certainly made out thoughts foggy.

Are we losing out on our greatest power- Thinking?

If you don’t think, you’re losing your clear thoughts, here are few Tips which may help you:

1. Play chess. It helps you think deeply.

2. Meditate. It’ll help you clear deep junk from your mindset. Of course, over a period of time.

3. Try to minimise the mobile phone usage. (I know this is the challenge as modern life is dependent on smart phones)

4. Load your brain with mental models. These makes decision making process clear.

5. Read. I’m talking about physical books. Somehow, I feel, reading wires the brain nerves in a way nothing does. At least, that’s what have happened with me.

6. Go on a silent retreat, often.
