Becoming successful is one thing & digesting success is another.
Far too many people let success get into their heads. Only to fail later on.
I’ve myself seen many countless examples with my own eyes.
I used to train martial arts with a guy who went on to win national level championship, only to make fun of & being disrespectful to his own trainer (who helped him win) later on. What a fall to disgrace.
I’ve studied with some really scholar students. I really used to envy their ranks in school & college. For me, their success was untouchable. Unfortunately, after college, I see many of them fail in life & struggling to meet their ends.
I’ve seen countless people making it really big into stock markets. The money & bull run gets into their head. They leverage. Take unnecessary risks. They think they are supreme. Smarter than the markets. Only to blow up their entire capital in bear markets.
To succeed it really takes tons of things to fall in place. To stay grounded it needs a man of character.
Humility, after being successful, is going to keep you in the game for long than anything else.
