To grow, do things that make you sharp & swift.

You should be able to think on your toes.

Make your mind sharp by playing chess, meditating, building & reading mental models.

Most people go dud after they get degrees.  Don’t let your curiosity die.

Do physical activities to have swift body movements. Do mobility workouts, walk, run or exercise.

Keeping both your mind & body active & in good shape is another key to a good life.

Ditch mediocrity.
