As soon as RBI hiked the rates this afternoon, the noise on the street is simply outrageous.
Rate hikes were bound to happen. Though today’s was out of syllabus & many students who were not mentally prepared for this panicked like they’ve seen hell.
I think this rate hike brings in lots of buying opportunities.
It’ll also bridge the gap between Indian and US rate hikes & we won’t be ‘left behind the curve.’
In past too there have been many rate hikes and Equity Markets have outperformed the other assets classes.
I expect the history to repeat again.
I’ll utilise every market corrections as buying opportunity to load up quality businesses!
