By aligning mind & body as one.

How?

By seeking solitude. Using less of social media. Using less screen time. Spending time in nature.

Most people out there have trouble with themselves because of wavering mind & lack of mental clarity. These lead to vicious cycle of bad decision making eventually ruining your life before you even realise the mess you’re in.

Solitude & Introspection brings clarity of mind.

Boredom is good. How much boredom you can absorb decides the quality of your life.

I’ve observed, when I’m using phone less; I’m at my best. Increase the screen usage & the happiness, productivity & peace goes for a toss.

As strange as it may sound to self-unaware people, for all practical reasons, I’ll choose boredom & solitude (not loneliness but solitude) over getting my mind stimulated by external stimuli.

These helps you being one with yourself & lesser outer impacts on the decisions you make.

To thrive, you must survive. To survive, you must protect yourself first.
