Time after time, I’ve observed that most people are here for instant gratifications.
I’ve come to realise that not everyone is in for the long run. Not everyone has in them to stay in the game & endure for the long run.
Ironically, this weeds out the competition too.
And that’s what separates rarest of rare from the mediocres.
The masses are going to settle down with mediocrity.
You need not. Never settle for less than what you deserve.
Stay in the game for the long run.
It is in the long run where most growth happens, where most magic happens, where you truly discover that it’s all worth it no matter what the world thinks, no matter the hardships you endured…
If I want to play, I’m in it for the long run games.
I’m talking about 10-20-30 years of perspective.
Applies to career, relationships, investing, business, etc, etc.
