Most people are playing finite games out there.
Most have set a ridiculously low target & are struggling hard to achieve it.
Infinite games are where you aim ridiculously high & go for the long term horizon. I’m talking about 20-30-50 years here.
You build yourself up, your reputation, judgements, personality, mental models, etc. These take time to build. You need a lot of patience.
Though the rewards are million times more than finite games.
When you win, you win really big while playing infinite games. When you lose, you don’t lose much. Virtually, you’re net net a winner.
Be an infinite player. Think big. I mean really big. Build systems. Better routines. Have fun. Avoid burnouts. Be consistent. Eventually, momentum & compounding does wonders in the long run.
