Monsoons Are The Best Time To Start Meditating

Everyone should practice meditation to live a peaceful, regret free & calm life.

What better season to start meditating than now because air is clean in monsoons & you’ll instantly feel the impact after 1 hour of meditation. (The air pollution is low because rains brings down all the pollutants in air with it & the AQI is lowest during rainy season which is best).

Though, one can start meditation irrespective of seasons. (I remember, I started it around summer).

All one needs to do is sit down. Close their eyes. Let thoughts come & go. Do this for an hour everyday for 60 days or so & see how it helps you. Most likely, everyone who does this continues to practice meditation beyond 60 days.

The idea is to have a clear head, those who suffer from brain fogs get clarity in their thinking process & helps one in decision making.

After all, what’s life? It’s a series of making one decision after another.

You are the sum of all the decisions you make.

Hence, meditation helps one make better decision & in turn leads to good life.
