Milking Customers

One trait common across most early stage businessmens is they want to milk the customer fully.

Killing the golden goose is a short term thinking.

Most importantly, give tonnes of value to your clients and customers, especially if you’re in service business.

Only once you’ve added tonnes of value, you deserve to ask for any money.

At this stage, even customers would love to pay you because nobody likes to take undue favour and advantages.
