Daily reflecting on your thoughts & actions takes away the anxious behavior.

While meditating, it may happen that wonderful ideas come naturally to you because when mind is calm, subconsciously you’re in a flow state.

There are unending benefits of meditating. You can only feel these once you regularly start practicing it.

No blogs, books or podcasts will truly be able to explain the benefits of meditating unless you actually practice it.
