Lessons From Cricket

1. Nobody cares how you feel as a player. Spectators only care about results.

2. Play with focus. Don’t worry about the spectators.

3. Execute your planned actions as a leader, flawlessly.

4. Try to hit poor balls (opportunities) out of the park.

5. Even if you’re a superstar player, you’re still a tiny part of big complex machinery with multiple stakeholders having vested interests in you.
