I Agree With Narayan Murthy’s 70 Hours Work Week

I agree with Narayan Murthy’s 70 hours work week plan. Yes, I said that. And I’m a hardcore believer of hard work & it’s far fetching good implications.

The 70 hour work week is not for dummies. Not for those seeking a mediocre life. It’s for those who want to break their limits, explore their potentials & do something great from their lives.

Others can enjoy 9-5 grind for life. The 40 hour work week. Mediocre work, mediocre life.

At least in your youth, especially in your 20s, grind hard. You’ll never regret it. Build yourself up. Do side hustles. Try to build (equity) multiple businesses on your own or other’s businesses (you’ll be rewarded equity). And you can do that thru hard work only. Later on in your 30s/40s even if you work 4 hours a day (if at all), nobody’s going to care.

Those who say not to try hard, not to work hard, not to put in the wholehearted efforts are your ENEMIES. Run away from them or get ruined.

When Elon Musk says 80 hours work week, he is glorified. When an Indian entrepreneur says the same thing, he’s looked down. Such is the mindset of majority loser Indians.

And they ask why are we poor? It is because of this poor attitude you are poor and will always be poor.

Whoever has to achieve something will have to break the limiting barriers of so & so working hours. There’s no limits. No 70, 80 or 100 hours work week when you’re passionate about your work. You work 24/7. You’re wholly consumed by your work. And greatness comes out this whole consumption of you.

Take any great artist, businessman, sportsperson or high achiever and you’ll see thousands of hours of relentless efforts behind their success.

Ending the debate once & all for here.
