How Much Should You Sleep?

If you’re messed up, most likely you didn’t sleep enough.

Science suggest a sleep routine of 7-9 hours everyday.

Earlier, I was a believer of working tirelessly & I still do. Though, back then I used to sleep 5-6 hours a night (for months) & felt sh!t and grumpy the whole time.

I’ve observed, mostly people who sleep 6 hours or less are confused, messed up & indecisive.  (Though, there may be 1 in 1000 exception).

Also, long term poor sleep results in anxiety issues & loss of memory.

From my personal experience, I’ve found, the more I sleep the better I function & calmer I am & vice versa.

You need to find what’s your sweet spot. It can be 7 or 8 or 9 hours. Find it & stick to it.

Build your sleep routine because sleep single handedly can make or break your life.

Sleep routine is the most important thing if you want to live a good life.
