If you tell people there’s a goldmine and they still don’t start digging, who’s at fault?
2.5 years ago when bitcoin was 15L, I wrote about it as next big opportunity. But as always, there was disbelief…
Barely anyone would have bought bitcoin in November 2022 because everything was crushing down.
I remember in July-Aug 2023, talking to a senior well-established Chartered Accountant, a principal of one of my friend and explained him my reasoning of why bitcoin is the big thing. I think he was lucky to have me explaining all this in person (Something I rarely do).
Anyway, he turned down my advice and to the contrary challenged my thesis and we nearly had a debate. But respecting him as my senior (fellow CA) I thought it’s a waste of my energy.
You can’t convince someone who doesn’t wants to be. And honestly him buying crores of bitcoin would have benefited him only. I’d not have got a single piece of profit share.
People think bitcoin is illegal, it’s a scam, they fear government & it’s regulations, 30% taxation, etc, etc.
But that’s how things are.
People ignore you.
Then they come to you. Like majority people come to me these days and ask should I buy bitcoin now? At ₹1 crore!!! (Many will still ask after reading this blog).
And I always think, why you didn’t buy when it was ₹15L just 2.5 years back?
The same I keep saying Sensex will be 10,00,000 by 2050 (Most ‘conservative‘ and modest estimates). Yet there are people who don’t & won’t believe me, only to come when it would be 10,00,000.
Anyway, I’ll keep telling people where goldmine is, the question is, are they willing to dig?
You can still choose inaction & come to me when Sensex hits 10,00,000; while smart investors listen to me and mint money.
