Get Out Of Your Room

Modern life is such a dull life.

If you’re living in a city, most likely you sat for around 8 hours today working on your computer.

You’d mostly have walked less than 2,000 steps today.

And then people complain why everyone around me is depressed. Wouldn’t you be if you’re putting in hours in a cubicle or sitting all day around with low physical activity.

Go out, get sun, go on a walk now & then, exercise, have walking meetings, move.

These are scientifically proved methods to cure or avoid depression.

Even a short walk of around 5-10 minutes outside can do wonders to your mental health.

You just got to get out of your room/offices/cubicles. Move.
