For Those Who Are In A Mess

When was the last time you spent intentionally on self reflection?

If you can’t remember, there should be no prizes to guess that your life’s a roller-coaster & mostly in a mess.

Now, how can you attract good things out of mess? The answer is you can’t. Unless, you consciously choose to unmess the things around.

Stop chasing one after another dopamine hits or the rush in the next thing.

Sit. Think. Contemplate. Meditate. Seek solitude, if needed.

If you don’t work on yourself, nobody else will do.

Self-reflect.
