I invest for the sake of investing.
To me investing is a natural thing which drives my curiosity and brings satisfaction in what I do.
Investing is my hobby.
I don’t have much end goals tied to my investments though many invest to buy a car, do destination weddings & foreign tours in future. And nothing wrong in these, as long as they’re meeting their goals.
I think most of life’s struggle are aimed towards achieving freedom and gaining control over your time.
Hence, I invest to buy freedom. I invest to have a control over my time.
Profits, wealth, enjoying materialistic pleasures out of the profits in due process are ancillary and by product of what I’ve saved and invested.
Coincidentally, this helps me bear the brunt of peak market volatility and most people see me as mostly a cool, calm and composed investor.
