For The Demotivated You

Breakdown. No. Don’t break yourself down. Breakdown the tasks.

Whenever one is down, they usually try making grand gestures. Fail. Get demotivated. Finally, give up.

The best solution in such situation is to take baby steps. Get wins, even if it’s smaller. Gain momentum.

If you were to do 30 reps, start with 5. Then 10 & 15.

If you were to run 1km. Stretch. Start off with 100 metres. Keep increasing your distance gradually.

If you were to make 1 crore, start with making 1 lakh a month. Then 2 lakh & then 3L. By end of 3-4 years you’ll be a crorepati.

Breakdown big goals in small tasks. Build systems. Follow routine. Consistently.

Even the worst of worst depressed people can achieve grand goals.

Not always by grand gestures. Small. Inconsequential steps. Repeated over a period of time.
