To be productive, you need to fix your routine first.

To fix your routine, you need to fix your sleep schedule.

Make sure your body is adequately rested. Some may need 6, other may need 7/8 hours of sleep.

Get your needed quota of sleep.

Go to bed & wake up at same time everyday.

This will set your cicardian rhythm well.

You’ll be more productive & mindful everyday.
