Decluturing – How To Get A Clean Head

If you’re having a messy head, chances are you’re living in an untidy place.

Untidiness also refers to your computer and mobile phones.

On average, an user have approx 60-100 apps installed on their smart phones.

Assuming a bear minimum of 10 minutes spent on each app, every week, the app usage time goes to 600-1000 minutes.

This converts to an entire day or two, per week, of your waking hours simply spent on these apps. How can one have a clean head spending all these time on multiple apps.

Tips

Create a folder on your computer. Remove all the files from desktop and put it into this folder. This will take only 100 seconds & your desktop will immediately look clean. This is highly underrated productivity hack.

Set a target of deleting 1 least unused app daily. Set a target to reach to essentially used 15-20 apps on higher end. This dripping approach will ensure you don’t relapse to the unnecessary apps.

Eventually a clean head will make you focused & your decision making better.
