Count Your Blessings

In search of novelty, make sure to count on the simplest of blessings.

Every morning, I practice gratitude for at least 30 seconds.

These 30 seconds have enormous power to make the day ahead, wonderful.

You can be grateful of anything. Even the simplest things like the air you breathe, your hands, legs, money in the bank account, waking up yet another day, etc.

Count on your blessings everyday.

That’s one of the best way to uplift your mood & spirits.

Gratitude makes you resilient & powerful.
