Consistency Compounds

Everyday you go to bed, be a little bit more wiser than you were a day ago.

Reading a page of book > not reading at all.

Exercising for 5 minutes > not exercising at all.

1 > 0.

It’s the daily tiny, inconsequential habits that makes all the difference.

People think of grand gestures & most likely quit once they fail.

You can start small, build momentum & make it gigantic over a period of time. Patience is all needed.
