For those who don’t know: Dopamine is a molecule released in our body which is responsible for feelings of pleasure, motivation & satisfaction.
With increased technology usage & abundant fast food, dopamine is at our quick disposal & the brains are fried.
It’s better to chase real natural dopamine rather than instant kicks (unnatural junk dopamine) you get from the gambling apps, trading, likes on social media, alcohol, etc. which limits our thinking & decision making process.
Real Dopamine sources are:
Sunlight,
Working out,
Meditation,
Sleep,
Reading a book,
Spending time in nature,
Experiencing new things (new experiences).
And my favorite, Dopamine Fasting. (Search it over the internet).
Once dopamine levels are balanced naturally it helps you go a long way in living a good life.
