Change The Frequencies

What do you do if you don’t like what you’re watching on TV? You change the channel, right? Basically, you change the frequency of what you want to see.

I think, life boils down to what you think & who you surround yourself with.

If you think positive, have good feelings all day long, you’ll lead a good life.

If you think negative all day long, are surrounded by grumpy people you’re bound to lead a anxious & bad life.

I intentionally avoid negative people.

I ruthlessly cut off the naysayers, negative emotion carriers and those damaging the mindset I’ve built. I go to the extent that I delete these people’s contact numbers, block them & move on. Virtually erasing their entire existence from ‘my world’. (It helps in a big mental shift).

You too should.

And you should not care whether they are your friends, colleagues or even your parents.

At end of the day, you have to get rid of people who pull you down & stop you from reaching your full potential. Else, you’ll get drown.

Surrounding yourself with good people, those who lift your spirits up is what you should focus on.

You attract what you focus on.

Remember, you become what you think.

Your life becomes what you imagine it can be.

And you have the power to think & choose what you want.
