Recently I came across an interesting acronym VUCA:
V- Volatility
U- Uncertainty
C- Complex
A- Ambiguous
It can be said that with advent of technology and rapid paced changes both in our day to day life & Stock markets, we are witnessing high VUCA.
To overcome these rapid challenges one need to be cool & calm.
A professor suggests introspection for making better decisions. Surely this helps.
Without calm mind, one is destined to ruins.
Take conscious actions to ensure you’re calm & composed. One can also try meditation.
Nothing beats VUCA better than a calm mind.
