In bull markets every tom, dick and harry enters & in bear markets every tom, dick and harry exits.
Contrary to the popular opinion, I’d say that it’s not bull market but during the bear markets you make money.
If you buy in bear markets, like the one we witnessed in past 5 months, you get stocks cheaper. Sometimes at 30-50% discount.
Only when you buy stocks cheap & sell them when they are expensive you end up making money.
Unfortunately & strangely, people exit the markets when stocks are cheap. Reason? Because market is down & stock prices have fallen. Such a stupid & lame logic.
A true stock picker aka businessman profits by buying a stock cheap and selling it a premium price. That’s math 101. But in stock market people mix emotions and as a result you get stupid outcomes.
I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, you got to buy, digest and hold thru the bear markets like the ones we are going thru now. Then only you’ll make money. Only if, you buy, digest and hold.
And you’ll make big money!
