Whenever you move from a lower terrain to a higher altitude, your body needs to rest for 2-3 days at high altitude before undertaking further physical activities. Simply put, adjusting to the new environment. This practice is called Acclimatization.
Without acclimatization (proper rest & settling your body as per environment), you may be prone to many issues namely headache, dizziness, nausea, body ache, fever, Acute Mountain Sicknesses (AMS).
With proper acclimatization, you are good to go and enjoy the new environment & higher altitudes with ease.
In similar fashion, I think Nifty is well acclimatized for the current bull run.
The market rested well for the good part of past 2 years and consolidated well in the range of 15,200-19,000. Making itself ready to be in good position to climb higher levels of current 21,000 zone.
The Nifty is in good health to continue the ongoing bull run in a sustainable way and I expect the current rally to be ongoing for a long time rather than a short lived one.
