It’s been some time since I started rigorous physical trainings.
Did trained myself consistently irrespective of how I felt on a particular day.
I just go in & crush the work out slot.
Since then, I’ve managed to boost my endurance.
I used to think physical activities makes you physically fit. Now I realise, it makes you physically and mentally fit. It’s also a mindset grind.
I managed to complete a 6k marathon (My longest so far. I know I’ve got a lot of ground to cover).
Cycled >25km in a single stretch.
My diet has improved. I can feel my body glow.
I’m in better shape. I feel better than ever.
Though all these results took time to show up.
It’s the result of cumulative efforts put in continously over a period of time. Saw lots of ups & downs.
2 things that always helps. Persistency & Discipline to show up consistently.
I’ll keep pushing.
