Every time you go to the gym, do more reps than you’re capable of. If you’re capable of 25 reps, do 26.

The extra rep, extra lap, extra mile, extra efforts are where actual growth is happening.

Keep pushing yourself thru your comfort levels. Keep expanding your horizon!
