Secret To Enjoy Things

I workout for the sake of it. Because I like my aesthetic self. Not because I’m punishing myself for junk food I ate.

I run because I like running and pushing myself the extra mile, not because I want to cut fat.

I invest because I like to invest not because my neighbour is doing the same.

I write daily blogs because things come naturally to me, not to keep up with the numbers.

Things I like, I do naturally. Effortlessly. It’s like playing a game. And that’s what is sustainable.

And that’s why I go a long way compared to someone:

-Starting gym and leaving within 2 months.

-Starting investing and throwing their hands in the air when markets crashes/corrects.

-Does things half-heartedly under peer pressure

I like doing things I like. And I keep moving forward.
