Stock market had a wonderful result from 2020 to 2024 Sept.
People minted money and thought the party will go on forever.
Then the party stopped for a while. Sanity prevailed.
We saw consolidations for a year which was much needed to fizzle out the fuzz.
Otherwise the markets would have gone euphoric to 30,000. Which would have been unsustainable and a deep crash would have happened.
Or a stagnant market for long like Japan did for 3 decades.
For people who think markets can never fall and keep rising higher, they should be out of stock market.
This last year of consolidation was MUCH NECESSARY.
It removed the weak hands and faint hearts.
Those who whined and kept crying about portfolio going down are doing to be chopped out of the market like chickens.
Those who continued investing consistently every single month, whether their portfolio was up or down are going to emerge as winners.
And it’s those who patiently accumulated are going to be rewarded soon.
