As a man, one of the best hacks you can have for a better mental health is hitting the gym.
Given an option, I’ll always prefer going to gym than going to a happening club 5 times a week.

One of the best addictions you can ever have is hitting the gym daily.
I’ve been so much addicted with gym that I had canceled my travel plans just to be consistent and keep compounding on those gains.

Pro tip: Make friends with the gym trainer, you’ll be friends with almost everyone in the gym. The trainers are social magnet in gym setting. Once you’re with them it gets easy going with other members as people will think, “If trainer is friends with this guy, I can trust & be friends with this guy.”
