Protect Your Peace: 3 Mindset Shifts To A Peaceful Life

For peace of mind, maintain distance from breaking news, gossips and anything which is unaligned to your beliefs.

‘Breaking’ news always wants you to be on your toes and be worried or fearful (one of strongest emotions in our evolution) about something or other. Constantly.

Indulging in gossip is like hurting your own foot with axe. The one you’re gossiping with today, will gossip about you tomorrow.

Beliefs unaligned with yours cause you more damage. For a matter of fact, someone with an abundant mindset (usually rich person), maintains distance from someone with a scarcity mindset (usually poor person) and vice versa. An interesting topic in itself which I’d write a blog about someday.

Work on these 3 things as a starter and see your peace soar high gradually then suddenly over a period of time.

Where you channel your energies, you attract the same thing.
