One of the best hacks I’ve came across is do to lists.
Simple. Grab a note book/sticky notes, pen, write down pointers. You have your list ready.
Strike down the completed tasks (Huge dopamine booster). Build momentum. Ride on that momentum.
Keep completing the tasks and become unstoppable.
This hack simplifies a lot of clutter in the head and makes things organised.
