Sleep Tips. Sleep Is The Solution To Majority Of Your Problems

One of the most ignored important things for a better physical & mental health is Sleep.

Especially by city dwellers.

We sleep late.

The sleep quantity is insufficient.

The sleep quality is poor.

Majority struggle with insomnia. Eventually leading to depression or chronic mood swings.

And then we wonder why there’s chaos in cities and calm in villages.

Because city dwellers are zombies with insufficient sleep whereas villagers sleep well early at night and many even have an afternoon sweet nap.

Majority of city people have poor sleep quality and from the starts countless problems ranging from health issues, diseases, poor gut, less mentally stable, poor aging, brain fog and lack of mental quality.

Working on sleep quality is the biggest hack one can have.

Tips to better sleep quality:

1. Get a sleep routine. Go to bed & wake up same time everyday. I bet 90% people don’t do that. I’ve also been there and believe me I feel much better the next day when I stick to my sleep routine.

2. No device usage 1 hour before sleeping.

3. Get mulberry silk eye masks.

4. Consume more of Magnesium. It’s directly related to releasing serotonin which directly kicks up melatonin production (a chemical needed to better your sleep).
