Buying Luxury Car From My Growth Capital

As an equity investor, some sacrifices are expected of you in initial years.

Playing status games is the most dumbest thing you can ever do being an equity investor.

Let the salaried class play that game. Okay, sorry for the brutal punch in the face. But, come on we’re not here to please everyone.

It pains my heart to see salaried employees, living pay checks to pay checks & die paying EMIs all their lives.

Play wealth games. Your wealth itself will increase your status (Just in case you still are inclined to play status games & impressing people).

I can easily buy a luxury car. All in cash. But I won’t even buy even the starter ones (even on ‘easy’ EMIs). Buying a depreciating asset with my growth capital is not wise. For me that’s the dumbest thing to do at age of 28.

Mind well, I’m a car lover. I’m a human too & I’ll love to flaunt that new Jaguar or Lamborghini across the town. Though, that’s the sacrifice you make to build generational wealth.

You keep the bigger picture in your head.

I’m not against those who buy cars or iPhones or luxury items.

The message is about building wealth first. Get the freedom.

Playing status games is only dumb. As I grow, this realisation keeps getting stronger & stronger.
