I’ve been into stock market for >15 years & over these years of experience, it is certain that certain kind of people can never make money into stock market who
1. Cannot digest volatility.
2. Panic sells when the market corrects in fears of further fall.
3. Books out profits too early & holds on to losses for years.
4. Cannot manage emotions.
5. Buys penny stocks in expectations of making quick 100x profits.
6. Doesn’t holds cash in portfolio.
7. Has no knowledge of Fundamentals & how different businesses works.
8. Invests on basis of ‘charts’ (God bless these new age ‘chart-based investors’).
9. Impatient. Cannot hold stocks for few months to years. Has no tolerance to the whips & whims of the market.
10. Follows the herd. Buys when everyone is buying. Sells when everyone is selling. Has no independent thinking of own.
11. Uses complex high funda ‘strategies’ & forgets to use common sense which keeps on becoming uncommon as we evolve. (AI you can relax, most humans are becoming dumb day by day. AI shouldn’t fret on human competition).
